Flange nut is also called hex nuts with flange, according to standard DIN6923, GB/T6177.1-2000,
and ISO 4161-1999. Hex flange nuts include the flange with serration or without serration.
It is combined with bolt or screw to connect several metal parts tightly; the big bearing surface will reduce the risk of vibration and loosening.
Materials for hex flange nuts are low carbon steel10A, 22Al, medium carbon steel 35K and high carbon steel 45K. For the mechanical properties, it can reach class 4 , 6 , 8, 10 and 12. We also can supply the nuts with stainless steel A2 and A4 and Aluminum Alloy.
We can supply full sizes of hex flange nuts, the popular sizes are M5 M6 M8 M10 M12 M14 M16 M20, coarse or fine threaded in Metric or Inch, the detailed specification is as per the above sheet. For the sizes of flange nuts which are bigger than M20, normally there are no serrations under the flange.
We can offer kinds of surface finishing, such as plain, black phosphate, white zinc plated, blue zinc plated, yellow zinc plated. If customer needs hot dip Galvanized nut, the hole should be oversized before the surface treatment.
Various package methods are available, such as small box packing (Plastic bag +Box +Carton +Pallet) and bulk packing (Plastic bag + Carton+ Pallet), pallets or wooden cases is available.
It is promised that all nuts we produced are under the QC control which is ISO9001:2015. Usually, the unqualified rate of this part is 500PPM. Rely on our automatic optical machine, we can lower the unqualified rate of this part to 50PPM.
For the thread Gauge, usually we promise 6H (go gauge and no go gauge) to our customers, but some customers have special requirement which is go gauge 6G and no go gauge 6H.
With the plating thickness analysis machine, we can assure the plating thickness to our customer who needs special requirement.
